Product Overview
This Brushless Motor Speed Controller Board provides precise
speed modulation and directional control for BLDC motors. Equipped with an
onboard potentiometer, dual tactile switches, and multiple signal outputs, it
acts as an efficient PWM signal generator. It is ideal for driving brushless fans,
pumps, and motors that require external control inputs.
Key
Features & Functions
·
Multi-Function Terminal Block: Features a 6-pin
terminal interface for versatile integration:
CW/CCW: Controls the direction of motor
rotation (Clockwise / Counter-Clockwise).
o BRK: Brake control input/output to quickly
stop the motor.
o PWM: Outputs the Pulse Width Modulation
signal to control motor speed.
o +5V: Auxiliary 5V power output to power
external sensors or low-power logic components.
o GND: Common Ground reference.
o VCC: Main power supply input (complemented
by an onboard 78M05 voltage regulator for stable internal logic power).
·
Dual Power Input Options: Includes both the
main 6-pin terminal array and a dedicated 2-pin blue terminal block for easy
power supply connection.
·
Onboard Potentiometer: Features a rugged,
side-mounted dial potentiometer for smooth, real-time manual adjustment of the
PWM duty cycle (speed control).
·
Dual Tactile Control Switches: Two onboard
micro-switches (labeled K1 and K2) allow for quick toggling of modes,
direction, or start/stop functions directly on the board.
·
Robust Signal Conditioning: Built with an
integrated circuit (IC) central driver, high-quality SMD resistors, ceramic
capacitors, and a heavy-duty electrolytic filter capacitor to ensure low-noise
signal generation and voltage stability.
